William Louis Robinson spent 17 years with IBM's Federal Operations in marketing and management.  He authored and self-published two "how-to" books:    Making Decisions ― The Right Ones and How to Investigate a Distributorship.  He also wrote and had published two books on government contracting and technical proposal writing.  He has written dozens of company business plans and SEC/NASD Prospectuses taking young companies public as an independent business consultant and registered securities representative. 

     He is a U.S. Navy World War II and Korea veteran.  Robinson lives near Atlanta, Georgia, plays golf, collects chess sets, builds grandfather clocks and restores antique furniture.
